To track your Dior order, you need your tracking number. This number is not the same as your Dior order number. You typically receive the tracking number via email once your parcel ships.
If your Dior tracking number isn’t working:
- Wait 24-48 hours after receiving the email. The carrier’s system may not be updated immediately.
- Check your shipping confirmation email. Some orders, especially from Dior Beauty, may ship in separate parcels with different tracking numbers.
- Copy and paste the number directly from the email to avoid typing errors.
How long does Dior take to deliver?
Delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Standard delivery within the US typically takes 3-5 business days after shipment. You will see the estimated delivery date in your shipping confirmation and on the tracking page.

You can return unused and unworn items in their original condition with tags attached within 30 days of receipt.
- How to return a Dior online order: The easiest way is to use the pre-filled return form included in your package. Complete the form, repackage the item, and use the provided return label. You can also initiate a return through your account on the Dior website.
- Returning in a different country: Generally, you must return online purchases to the country from which you bought them. For example, an item from dior.com/us must be returned to the US. For clarification, contact the Dior Client Service team before attempting an international return.
