- Log In to Your Walmart Account: Visit the website or app and log in to your account. Navigate to “Account” and select “Track Orders” to view the status of your purchases.
- Enter the Tracking Number on ParcelWarden: If you prefer using our platform, simply enter your tracking number on ParcelWarden to get real-time updates.
Troubleshooting Tracking Issues
- Tracking Not Working or Not Updating: If the tracking information seems delayed or isn’t updating, it could be due to processing time or carrier delays. If the issue persists, contact Walmart customer service at 1-800-925-6278 for further assistance.
- Tracking Number Issues: Make sure the tracking number is entered correctly, as typos can result in errors. The tracking number typically starts with “TBA” or another prefix, depending on the carrier.
- Using ParcelWarden for Walmart Money Order Tracking: Currently, tracking services for Walmart Money Orders are not supported via ParcelWarden. For these, refer to Walmart’s Financial Help Center.
