Our Story
Our journey began in 2013 when our founder and CEO, Scott Ruffin, experienced firsthand the challenges of securing fast and reliable delivery for Prime customers at Amazon. Faced with limitations from national providers, Scott played a pivotal role in establishing Amazon’s e-commerce logistics network, including the development of sortation centers and a diversified carrier network. This experience culminated in the creation of Amazon Air.
Later, while leading Walmart’s e-commerce transportation team, Scott encountered similar hurdles in obtaining efficient delivery solutions through national providers. Recognizing a widespread need for a more effective parcel network, particularly in the face of a surge in e-commerce sales during the 2020 pandemic, Scott embarked on a mission to build the logistics network that the industry demanded.
Driven by a vision of a parcel network tailored for residential delivery, Scott envisioned a sophisticated infrastructure that prioritized diversity in carrier options. He understood that achieving such a network required a level of sophistication and dedication typically reserved for tech giants like Amazon.
