How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier’s website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once it’s in transit.
Note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on the UPS, FedEx, or USPS sites
Tracking macys.com orders
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will include an estimated shipment date(s) based on the delivery method selected when the order was placed.
Once the order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. Select the Track Shipment link within the email to receive up-to-date shipping information.

Tracking international orders
For international orders, go to the Order Tracking page and provide your order number and email address.
I didn’t receive my order
We understand how frustrating it is to wonder “Where is my package?” or the surprise of “My order shows delivered, but it’s not here!” We pride ourselves on having numerous options for our customers to receive updates and track their Macys.com shipments.
You can track your package(s) in the following ways:
Set your personal contact preferences in the My Account section of your macys.com profile
The carrier’s (i.e. UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) website will always have the most up to date tracking information
Please chat with us using the link located at the bottom of the page for help tracking your order any day.
Please Note:
When items are shipped, we use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination for the package.
During the shipping process, the package may transition to one of our other shipping methods, like Mail Innovations.
Sometimes packages are marked as delivered by UPS when the package was handed off USPS.
Shipping isn’t perfect, unfortunately, packages can get lost, delayed, or a simple scanning problem can cause shipping update failure or inaccuracy.
