About Ideal Transport
Ideal Transport is a specialized furniture carrier that was established in 1990 by Jim and Janelda Deal. The company’s original mission was to offer less-than-truckload (LTL) and truckload transportation services, focusing on fast, dependable, and courteous service throughout the Rocky Mountain states. Under the ownership of Larry and Terrye Ward, it expanded its services to Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri in 2011, enhancing its reach and customer support.
Despite facing challenges, including the unexpected passing of Larry Ward in 2012, Terrye Ward has continued to lead the company, fostering a family-oriented work culture. The team is actively involved in the community, supporting local youth initiatives and creating a positive workplace environment.
